How to order your off the shelf stained glass window

Order
Once you have chosen a design from our website and are certain that you’d like to have a piece made, please telephone or email us to confirm that you wish to proceed. When ordering please let us know if you would like your piece as a window or as a light box (will stand as a painting on the wall). For more details on our Light boxes …Once contacted, we will need to know your location and how big you would like your window. Please make sure your window size is not above 1m x 2m. We will then agree on an approximate timescale for the commission and a price.

Deposit
For a tailored design there is no payment upfront however a £200 fee will be included in the final cost. This cost will depend on the size of the commissioned piece and the shipping fee. We ask for a … deposit of the total amount of the order before we send the design to our manufacturer.

Manufacturing process
Whilst your piece is being made, we will keep in contact with you and show you your work as it is put together. The manufacturing process normally will take up to 10 weeks depending on the size.

Shipping
Whilst our design team is UK based, to keep manufacturing costs down for our clients we have teamed up with a manufacturer in South Africa. This does however mean shipping costs are higher than might otherwise be the case. We will need to agree, on a case by case basis, actual shipping costs, which will be dependent on the location of the client and the size of the artwork.
